Sea Pines CSA Maintenance Projects Around the Community (1/27/23-2/2/23)

Stormwater Maintenance

Drainage pipe cleaning on South Beach Lane, starting at Piping Plover Road, will begin next week, weather permitting.
Roadway Asphalt Repairs

Asphalt repairs along Governors Road and Club Course Drive will begin next week, weather permitting.
Roadside Mulching

Roadside mulching throughout the community is in progress. This work will continue through next week, weather permitting.

Stormwater Repair

  • Ditch cleanout near 179 Club Course Drive and near 98 Otter Road will continue into next week, weather permitting.

Tree Care Management Program

  • Sea Pines CSA’s tree contractor will be working to trim trees over the roadway along the Heritage Woods area next week, weather permitting.
