Sea Pines CSA Maintenance Projects (8/18/22-8/25/22)

Sea Pines CSA Mosquito Treatment
Our next mosquito treatment will take place on Tuesday, August 23rd during overnight hours, weather permitting.
Tree Care Management
Tree trimming in various locations around the community will continue through the week of August 22nd, weather permitting.
Stormwater Ditch Cleaning
Ditch cleanout and resloping on Otter Road (pictured) began this week and will continue through the week of August 22nd, weather permitting.
Stormwater Maintenance
Line jetting on Otter Road will begin the week of August 22nd, weather permitting. This process cleans sediment from drainage pipes to improve flow.
Asphalt Repairs
Asphalt repairs will occur from August 22nd through August 27th along the roads listed below, weather permitting. Sea Pines CSA’s contractor will have flagmen present to control traffic, as needed.
