Sea Pines CSA Maintenance Projects (5/5/22- 5/12/22)

Asphalt Repairs Planned Along Governors Road and Greenwood Drive

Towards the end of next week, Sea Pines CSA’s contractor will be conducting asphalt repairs along Governors Road and Greenwood Drive (in the Loblolly Road area). Work will continue through the week of May 16th, weather permitting. Staff will be on site to assist with traffic control, as needed.
Club Course Area Ditch Cleaning
Ditch and pipe cleanout work around Pine Island Road and Governors Road is in progress and will continue through next week, weather permitting.
Tree Care Management
Roadway tree trimming to remove dead or hazardous branches in the South Beach Lane area will begin the week of May 9th, weather permitting.
Stormwater Maintenance
Line jetting on Governors Road and Wood Duck Road began this week and will continue through the week of May 9th, weather permitting. This process cleans sediment from drainage pipes to improve flow.
Roadside mulching

Roadside mulching along the edges of Greenwood Drive will take place next week, weather permitting. Drivers should use caution in these designated work zones.
