We have been made aware of a recent door-to-door scam where fraudulent Sea Pines CSA Land Use Violation notices are being posted to property doors soliciting requests for payment.
Please be aware:
- Land Use Violation Notifications will not be posted to your property. Notices are sent from our Sea Pines CSA Land Use Monitor, Ryan Kash via email and/or mailed to the notice of mailing address on file with Sea Pines CSA.
- If you have questions about an alleged Land Use Violation, please contact Ryan Kash, Sea Pines CSA Land Use Monitor by email at LUM@csaseapines.com or by phone at 843.671.7820.
- If you receive a suspicious violation notice, please report it to Sea Pines Security immediately at 843.671.7170.
