At the Sea Pines CSA Board of Directors meeting held on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, the Board received updates from the Board Chair, operational updates from Sea Pines CSA management, a financial report, and Task Force reports.
Rental Registration Program Update
A Rental Registration Program update was presented to the Board of Directors during the Finance and Administration management report. It included a detailed comparison of Sea Pines CSA data with the Town of Hilton Head Island’s rental program data, offering valuable insights into our program’s compliance. Additionally, a funding update was shared, outlining the funds collected in 2023 and how they were used to enhance our security, maintenance, and community standards services, along with the budget and expenses for 2024.

Resolution for 3a. Approval – SPCSA Board of Directors Call to Executive Session: “RESOLVED, Sea Pines Community Services Associates, Inc., Board of Directors, approves call to Executive Session”.
Resolution for 5. Ratify Approval – SPCSA Board of Directors Meeting Minutes, March 19, 2024: “RESOLVED, Sea Pines Community Services Associates, Inc., Board of Directors, ratifies approval of the SPCSA Board of Director Meeting Minutes, March 19, 2024, as finalized by email”.
Resolution for 10a. Acceptance – SPCSA Financial Statements, YE/December 31, 2023, Audited: “RESOLVED, Sea Pines Community Services Associates, Inc., Board of Directors, as recommended by the Finance Committee, accepts SPCSA financial statements, YE/December 31, 2023, audited, as presented”.
