The Annual Meeting of the Members will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, from 10:00 am-12:00 pm via live webinar. Members will receive updates on Sea Pines CSA operations, as well as plans for the rest of 2024 and beyond. Following the meeting, there will be a live question and answer session.

Proxy Delivery Information: To ensure a quorum is established for the meeting, proxies will be distributed to Sea Pines CSA members in good standing as of the March 8, 2024, date of record. Electronic proxies will be emailed on April 1, 2024, to the primary contact email on file, while paper proxies will be mailed to primary contacts without a registered email address.
