The Beach Trust Property is owned by the Sea Pines Forest Preserve Foundation (SPFPF) and is generally located between the seaward property line of oceanfront lots and the mean high tide line. The SPFPF has received a permit from the Office of Coastal Resource Management (OCRM) that allows for additional sand fencing and dune vegetation within the Beach Trust Property.
