If you are a Residential Property Owner who rents their property short-term (less than 6 months) please ensure you are enrolled in the Short Term Rental Program. With the upcoming 2020 Presidential Election, we would like to remind all property owners and renters that signs (e.g., real estate, political, or disparaging signs) are not permitted to be placed on any residential lot in Sea Pines.

The speed limit in Sea Pines is 25, unless otherwise posted. Sea Pines Security officers are on patrol 24-hours per day. Our officers are deputized by the South Carolina State Law Enforcement Division. Within the boundaries of the Sea Pines Community, they have the same powers as those of a Deputy Sheriff.
