• No fuel tanks or similar storage receptacles may be exposed to view, and may be installed only within the main dwelling house, within the accessory building, within the screened area required, or buried underground.

• Each lot owner must construct a screening fence to shield and hide from view a small service yard. Plans for such fence delineating the size, design, texture, appearance and location must be approved by the Sea Pines ARB prior to construction.
