Otter Road and Fawn Lane Survey Work
Survey and engineering work for future stormwater infrastructure improvements and roadway repairs along Otter Road and Fawn Lane began the week of December 11, 2023. Weather permitting, survey work will take approximately 4-6 weeks to complete and will include:
- Surveying of Otter Road and Fawn Lane Right of Way Boundaries
- Mapping the Project Area Topography
- Sea Pines CSA Open Space
- Stormwater Drainage and Utilities
- Stormwater Drainage Easements
- Utility Easements
Project Area:
Traffic impacts are not expected.
