Notice: Water Outage Planned for Otter Road Project Area (11.17.25)
| A planned water outage will occur on Monday, November 17, from approximately 9:00 AM to Noon. This will take place as Sea Pines CSA’s contractors proceed with the removal and replacement of stormwater drainage pipes along Fawn Lane.
South Island Public Service District (SIPSD) has confirmed that this water outage will impact all homes on Fawn Lane. Please note that other homes in the project area may also experience water service interruptions.
