Maintenance Projects & Services (4/29/24-5/9/24)

Seasonal Mosquito Control Program: During the mosquito season, our Maintenance Department monitors mosquito populations within Sea Pines. A sprayed adulticide program is conducted on an as-needed basis. Our next mosquito treatment will take place on Monday, May 6th, during overnight hours, weather permitting. Roadway Maintenance: New line striping along Greenwood Drive (pictured), from Plantation Drive to Tupelo Road, was applied this week to enhance visibility due to worn markings.

Tree Care Management: Leisure trail tree trimming will take place next week along Plantation Drive between Greenwood Drive and Lighthouse Road.

Stormwater Repair: Drainage pipe end and catch basin inlet cleaning on Greenwood Drive between Club Course Drive and Plantation Drive will take place next week.

Stormwater Maintenance: Beachwalk catch basin cleaning is in progress. This process will improve water flow through the drainage pipes along SPCSA beachwalks by removing sediment and debris that has built up over time.
