Effective January 1, 2026, gray property owner decals will no longer be valid for entry into Sea Pines. If you missed your zone-specific email about replacing your gray property owner vehicle decal, you can still apply now!

To request your new green decal:

• Visit driveseapines.com.
• Once you select the appropriate button to start your application, you will need to select “NEW DECAL” when you reach the ‘Type of Application’ question.
• Submit one application per household with up to 5 vehicle registrations
• All vehicle registrations must be in the Sea Pines property owner’s name

Already have a green decal? No action needed. Can’t pick up your decal before January 1? Call in a paper pass at (843) 671-7277 or show your unexpired Property Owner ID Card at the gate.
