Coyotes are present throughout Sea Pines and in the Forest Preserve. Coyotes are most frequently seen and heard during mating season (January-March). If you see a coyote, keep your distance. Take extra caution while walking your dog(s) and be sure to keep them on a leash at all times.

If you feel a coyote is becoming a threat, call the Sea Pines Security Department Dispatch phone line at 843.671.7170. Our Wildlife Officer of the Security Department will respond and evaluate the situation.
