Effective August 1, 2020, the Sea Pines daily visitor gate fee for entrance into the Sea Pines community will increase by $1 from $8 to $9. Payment of the daily visitor gate fee can be made in cash at either of the gates of Sea Pines, the main gate, located on Greenwood Drive, or the Ocean Gate located off Cordillo Parkway.
