• Pet waste shall be picked up and properly disposed of in trash receptacles. No pet waste or pet waste bags may be disposed at Sea Pines CSA landscape debris pickup locations.

• All properties shall be free of trash, garbage, and any type of non-vegetative debris. All trash, garbage, and non-vegetative debris shall be properly contained and routinely removed from the property.
