At the November 15th Sea Pines CSA Board of Directors meeting, the Sea Pines CSA Board of Directors unanimously approved the 2023 budget and the related 2023 assessment amounts.

• The 2023 assessment for an improved lot will be $1,887 ($647 represents the 2023 Critical Infrastructure portion of the Assessment)
• The 2023 assessment for an unimproved lot will be $1,127 ($388 represents the 2023 Critical Infrastructure portion of the Assessment).

We anticipate the 2023 invoices to be sent on December 15, 2022, to the primary email address on record with Sea Pines CSA and mailed to those property owners who do not have an email address on file. 2023 Annual Assessment payments will be due by April 1, 2023.
