| The 2023 Sea Pines Annual Assessment invoices will be sent out on Thursday, December 15, 2022, to the primary email address on record with Sea Pines CSA from the email address csaassessmentbilling@csaseapines.com.

2023 Annual Assessment Rates:
- The 2023 assessment for an improved lot is $1,887 ($647 represents the 2023 Critical Infrastructure portion of the Assessment)
- The 2023 assessment for an unimproved lot is $1,127 ($388 represents the 2023 Critical Infrastructure portion of the Assessment).
2023 Annual Assessment payments are due by April 1, 2023.
