The Finance Department would like to thank all property owners for remitting their 2020 Annual Assessment payment timely. We realize that this is a trying time for all of us. However, for those property owners that have not yet remitted their 2020 Annual Assessment payment, your guest pass privileges have been suspended as of Monday, April 20, 2020.
