Annual Meeting Proxies
Proxies were mailed out on March 26th, 2019. Please allow 5-6 business days for mail delivery of proxies. To ensure quorum for the annual meetings, please return your proxy postmarked by April 22nd, 2019 in advance of the Annual Meeting.
Please contact CSA at info@csaseapines.com if you do not receive your proxy by 4/8/19.

Annual Report
By 4/22/19, our 2018 Annual Report will be made available here on our website and sent out via email to Sea Pines property owners who we have an email address on record.
A limited quantity of printed Annual Reports will be available at the Annual Meeting as well as the CSA Administration office beginning April 30th during regular office hours (7:30 am – 4:30 pm M-F).
