The Sea Pines Community Center is an excellent location for community meetings, luncheons, dinners and receptions. This location is available by reservation for Sea Pines owners and organizations, clubs and associations.
The Community Center has a main room, two activity/conference rooms, and an art studio. The activity/conference rooms are separated by a moveable partition allowing the two rooms to become one larger space. The rooms may be set up to accommodate a variety of events.
The Utility Room offers ample space as a staging area for food service and contains a refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, sink and coffee maker. Property owners may use the catering service of their choice. Caterers will need to provide all items necessary for food presentation, including warming ovens, utensils, serving dishes, china, glassware and linens.
Below is a fee schedule for the use of the Community Center by Sea Pines owners and organizations, clubs and associations.
– Reservation Deposit: $100.00
– Large Meeting Room: $150.00
– Small Meeting Room: $100.00
– Utility/Craft Room: $75.00
– Food Service Clean Up Fee: $75.00
Capacities vary according to the way each room is set up, and the following may be used as guidelines:
