Sea Pines CSA ID Card

Property Owners and dependents of property owners can request an ID card at no charge; ID Cards are valid for a two-year period. For complete details, click here.

The Sea Pines CSA Administration Staff will notify each individual via email when their ID Card(s) are ready for pickup from the Sea Pines CSA Administration Building located at 175 Greenwood Drive (Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm). Please remember to check your “Spam” or “Junk” folder if you do not see a response within 5 days.

This option is to renew an ID Card 30-days before the expiration date or after it has expired. To replace a lost ID Card please choose "Replace ID Card".

Thank you for your interest in a Sea Pines CSA ID Card. The first replacement ID card is free of charge. Subsequent replacement ID cards are $10.

We will reprint your existing ID card on file. If your ID card is expired, please select Renew ID Card. We cannot reprint expired ID Cards.

Thank you for your interest in a Sea Pines CSA ID Card. New Dependent ID Cards require property owner permission prior to submitting your request. Please ensure a property owner emails permission to securityadmin@csaseapines.com.

To be issued a dependent ID you must be between the ages of 3 and 25. Only the Son or Daughter of a property owner may be issued a Dependent ID card.

New property owners must be established with Sea Pines CSA before requesting ID cards. If you have already provided your closing documents, please proceed to the next step. For assistance, please call (843) 671-1343.

A Dependent ID for a property owner's child (ages 3-25) can be requested by choosing "Dependent ID" from the Type of ID Card options.

Submit single person, straight-on headshots only.
The full face must be visible and centered in the photo.
Submit a color photo only. No black and white photos, please.
Submitted photos must be recent – within the last 6 months. We cannot reuse photos.
No head coverings unless they are worn for religious or medical reasons.
No sunglasses. Prescription eyeglasses are okay.
It is recommended to use a plain white or off-white colored background for the photo.
We reserve the right to crop and/or alter photos to meet SPCSA ID card standards.
