We’re excited to announce that Shawn Colin will join Sea Pines CSA as Chief Operating Officer beginning September 8, 2025.

Shawn brings 25 years of public sector leadership experience to Sea Pines, most recently serving as Assistant Town Manager of Strategic Initiatives for the Town of Hilton Head Island. During his nearly 19-year tenure with the Town, he led major infrastructure projects, budget oversight, and strategic planning initiatives.

As COO, Shawn will work with our Maintenance & Facilities operations, oversee management of the Sea Pines Forest Preserve and Six Oaks Cemetery, and progressively take on leadership of our IT department. He’ll also work directly with the Traffic Task Force on the South Island Traffic Circle Improvement Project and serve as our liaison to the Sea Pines Architectural Review Board.
