Maintenance Projects & Services

Stormwater Response: Sea Pines CSA crews continue to respond to stormwater maintenance requests throughout the community following heavier-than-expected rainfall that occurred earlier this week. Due to storm response needs, there will be a 1-2 week service delay for SPCSA neighborhood debris pickups.

Pictured: In response to the storm, our team placed a total of 5 large portable high-volume dewatering pumps in strategic locations throughout the community to assist in lowering lagoon levels.

Seasonal Mosquito Control Program: Our next mosquito treatment will take place on Monday, May 19, during overnight hours, weather permitting. For more information on this service please click here.

Roadway Maintenance: Thermoplastic stop bars will be refreshed on select roadways throughout the Club Course area on Monday, May 19, weather permitting.

Delineator Installation: Due to weather conditions, the installation of traffic delineator posts has been rescheduled. The new installation will take place at the egress of Greenwood Drive and the Sea Pines Circle (exiting onto Pope Avenue) on the morning of Monday, May 19, weather permitting.
