Asphalt Repairs

Beginning Wednesday, July 27th, Sea Pines CSA’s contractor will be conducting asphalt repairs along select areas of Isle of Pines Drive, South Sea Pines Drive, Gull Point Road, and in the Lawton Woods area, weather permitting. Staff will be on site to assist with traffic control, as needed.

Stormwater Maintenance

Line jetting on Governors Road will begin the week of July 25th, weather permitting. This process cleans sediment from drainage pipes to improve flow.

Tree Care Management

Roadway tree trimming along side streets off North Sea Pines Drive (Red Cardinal Road, Whistling Swan Road, Spotted Sandpiper Road) will begin the week of July 25th, weather permitting.

Stormwater Repairs

Drainage pipe end cleaning on Stoney Creek Road near Lighthouse Road is in progress and will continue through next week, weather permitting.
