Live Christmas Tree Recycling Information

Sea Pines property owners may recycle their live (non-artificial) Christmas trees by dropping them off in the Sea Pines CSA neighborhood debris pickup locations through January 12th. Please make sure all ornaments, lights, and other decorations are removed from the trees prior to recycling them.

Stormwater Repairs

A catch basin repair is in progress on Sandfiddler Road. Once completed, repairs will begin on a storm water pipe near 24 Marsh View Drive.

Next week stormwater pipe repair will begin on Red Cardinal Road.
Stormwater Maintenance
Line jetting of storm water pipes on Greenwood Drive, near Club Course is in progress. Once the work is complete, line jetting will will occur on Jessamine Place.
Next week line jetting will begin in the area of Old Military Road and Baynard Cove Road.
Roadway Asphalt Repairs
Minor asphalt repairs continued this week along Heritage Road, Baynard Cove Road, Red Maple Road, and Greenwood Drive and will continue into next week, weather permitting.
