- The Land Use Monitor routinely travels through Sea Pines to identify Properties that fail to comply with the Land Use Rules and Regulations.
- The Property Owner is responsible to ensure their property remains in compliance with the Land Use Rules and Regulations at all times, including such owner’s invitees, tenants, guests, and contractors. Violations of the Land Use Rules and Regulations may result in the levy of a fine/s.
