Dear Property Owners,

As I have communicated over the past few weeks, the CSA Board of Directors continues to review all comments, emails and other feedback we have received regarding our proposal for the creation of a Sea Pines Special Tax District.

On Monday, Oct. 26, at 3:00 p.m., the Board is holding a special meeting to discuss the status of the preparations for a Special Tax District. We will also be considering additional funding alternatives, as requested by some residential property owners. We encourage you to watch this open meeting at www.seapinesliving.com/live.

In the meantime, the Board is continuing to work with its legal counsel and Beaufort County to develop more of the specifics regarding the Sea Pines Special Tax District.
