Sea Pines CSA ID Card Form

Property Owners and dependents of property owners can request an ID card at no charge; ID Cards are valid for a two-year period. For complete details, click here.

The Sea Pines CSA Administration Staff will notify each individual via email when their ID Card(s) are ready for pickup from the Sea Pines CSA Administration Building located at 175 Greenwood Drive (Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm). Please remember to check your “Spam” or “Junk” folder if you do not see a response within 5 days.

This option is to renew an ID Card 30-days before the expiration date or after it has expired. To replace a lost ID Card please choose "Replace ID Card".

Thank you for your interest in a Sea Pines CSA ID Card. The first replacement ID card is free of charge. Subsequent replacement ID cards are $10.

We will reprint your existing ID card on file. If your ID card is expired, please select Renew ID Card. We cannot reprint expired ID Cards.

Thank you for your interest in a Sea Pines CSA ID Card. New Dependent ID Cards require property owner permission prior to submitting your request. Please ensure a property owner emails permission to securityadmin@csaseapines.com.

To be issued a dependent ID you must be between the ages of 3 and 25. Only the Son or Daughter of a property owner may be issued a Dependent ID card.

Thank you for your interest in a Sea Pines CSA ID Card. New owners must set up a new property owner account with the Sea Pines CSA Administrative Office prior to submitting an ID Card Request. Please call 843-671-1343.

Dependent ID for a property owner's son or daughter (ages 3-25) may be requested by selecting "Dependent ID" from Type of ID Card.

Please Review the Photo Quality Standards:

• Submit single person, straight-on headshots only. Your full face must be visible.

• Photos must be full color.

• Submitted photos must be recent – within the last 6 months.

• No head coverings unless they are worn daily for religious reasons.

• No sunglasses allowed. Prescription eyeglasses are okay.

• We recommend a plain white or off-white colored background.

• We reserve the right to crop and alter photos to meet quality standards.
