RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing Monday, June 15th – Sunday, June 21st
The RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing will be conducted from June 15-21 at Harbour Town Golf Links. This year’s event in June will essentially be a made-for-TV event as it will be conducted without spectators and the traditional activities that surround the event.
Heritage Tournament Security Reminders:
- Due to COVID-19, the 52nd RBC Heritage tournament will be played without spectators.
- Pathways in and around the golf course area will be roped and blocked off to prevent spectating.
- Standing, stopping, and sitting along leisure paths within the tournament zone will not be permitted.
- Only authorized credentialed personnel will be permitted access to the golf course during the tournament and violators will be prosecuted.
- Harbour Town will be accessible for dining and shopping by walking, biking, ridesharing/taxi service, or by using the Park and Ride Transportation Service from the Greenwood Drive Trolley station.
CSA Office Tournament Hours – The CSA Admin office remains closed to the public and staff are available by appointment only.

The road names listed below will have restricted access Monday, June 15th – Sunday, June 21st, during the RBC Heritage Tournament. The Security Checkpoints will be manned starting at 6:00 am each day until the end of tournament play. Click here to view a map of the Security Checkpoints. Please note: This event is not to be open to spectators or the general public. If you live in a restricted area, a Heritage Hangtag will be required for vehicle access through the Security Checkpoints during tournament play. Due to not allowing spectators, restricted roads have been reduced. If your road is not shown on the list below, you will not need a vehicle hangtag for access to your residence. To request a hangtag(s) for your property please visit our website at www.seapinesliving.com/hangtags . Due to COVID-19, the CSA Administration office located at 175 Greenwood Drive remains closed to the public at this time. Hangtag requests will be accepted online only. Online requests will be processed by staff in the order that they are received. Once fulfilled, staff will contact you to set an appointment for pick up during normal business hours (M-F; 7:30 am – 4:30 pm) at the CSA Administration office. Each property is issued a certain number of hangtags that varies depending upon the Sea Pines location. Hangtags will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Please be prepared to show your property owner ID card or driver’s license when picking up your hangtag(s). Hangtags cannot be mailed. Owners that are unable to physically pick up their hangtags from the CSA Office can send someone else on their behalf. To do this, visit our website at www.seapinesliving.com/hangtags and enter their information using the provided online form. The agent collecting for you is required to have photo ID available when picking up your hangtag(s). Written permission can also be emailed to: securityadmin@csaseapines.com

How can I request a hangtag? To request a hangtag(s) for your property, please visit our website at www.seapinesliving.com/hangtags. Only one request per household required.
What can I expect once I submit a hantag request? Online requests will be processed by staff in the order that they are received. Once fulfilled, staff will contact you to set an appointment for pick up from the CSA Administration office, as hangtags cannot be mailed. Due to high demand, please allow a few business days for staff to process your request and contact you to schedule your hangtag pickup appointment.
Are there any COVID-19 related precautions I should be aware of when coming to pick up my hangtag? Due to COVID-19, the CSA Admin office located at 175 Greenwood Drive remains closed to the public and is open by appointment only. To maintain social distancing requirements and avoid crowds gathering in front of the CSA Admin building, appointments for pick up must be made in advance. When possible, please limit appointments to one person per visit.
What should I do if I missed my hangtag pick up appointment? The office is open by appointment only. To reschedule your appointment, please contact Security Administration by phone at 843-671-1343 or by email at securityadmin@csaseapines.com
What if I need a hangtag replacement? Hangtags cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
What if I have multiple renter groups? If your rental will be occupied by different guests during the week of the tournament, it is the rental management company’s or property owner’s responsibility to ensure the hangtags issued are returned to the rental agent/property owner and re-issued to the next guests.
Are there any construction or delivery restrictions during the week of the RBC Heritage? All construction activity within Sea Pines will be suspended during the week of the Heritage, this includes large truck deliveries. RBC Heritage Road Closures/Access and Roping and Staking Information
Baynard Road Closure June 10-24, 2020
- The Television Compound for the 2020 RBC Heritage Golf Tournament will once again be located on Baynard Cove Road between Plantation Drive and Turnberry Lane.
- Full Closure of Baynard Cove Road from Plantation Drive to Turnberry Lane will begin Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at 6:00 AM and will last approximately 2 weeks to Wednesday, June 24, 2020.
- During this closure, No Vehicles, Bicycles, or Pedestrians will be allowed access to this portion of Baynard Cove Road.
- Signage will be placed throughout the area and at various locations inside of Sea Pines to communicate project messages.
- Click here to view a map illustrating directions on how to navigate around this area will be distributed to all residents, rental agencies, contractors, and the Sea Pines Resort. Please plan your route accordingly.
- Security will be present 24/7 during the time of the closure.
- The entire television compound area will be fenced in and green screened from view.
- Local traffic access only to Baynard Cove Road Residents for the following addresses #100 – #108 are permitted. To access use the following route: Greenwood Drive, to Old Military, to Baynard Park Road, right on to Plantation Drive and right on to Baynard Cove Road.
- Please use caution while driving in this area and observe and obey all traffic management signage.
PLANTATION DRIVE (South of Lighthouse Road) ACCESS JUNE 15-21
- Plantation Drive (South of Lighthouse Road) will have limited access during the RBC Heritage as it traditionally has for the tournament.
- Monday, June 15 – Sunday, June 21 – Plantation Drive (South of Lighthouse Road) will be closed daily from 6am – End of Play.
- During this closure, leisure path access will be limited, and no Bicycles will not be allowed access Plantation Drive (South of Lighthouse Road).
- No Stopping or Standing on Plantation Drive (South of Lighthouse Road) leisure paths at any time.

ROPING AND STAKING – PERIMETER OF HARBOUR TOWN GOLF LINKS
- Beginning June 1st the Heritage Classic Foundation and Sea Pines Resort will begin to rope and stake the entire perimeter of Harbour Town Golf Links.
- Roping and staking of the perimeter of Harbour Town Golf Links is required by the PGA TOUR to ensure a secure venue for the 2020 RBC Heritage for the safety and security of its participants during the event.
- Roping and staking will be along the boundaries of Harbour Town Golf Links and will not encroach on any private property.
- Property owners and renters will be able to view golf from their own property but will not be allowed access to the golf course at any time during June 15-21.
- Only authorized credentialed personnel will be permitted access to the golf course during this time. Any violators will be prosecuted.

Safety Plan From the RBC Heritage Classic Foundation
The PGA TOUR is setting the standard and safety protocols for the RBC Heritage taking place on Hilton Head Island June 15-21. Park and ride transportation service being provided from the Greenwood Drive Trolley Station (Lot 1) to Harbour Town, June 15-21 from 8am-10pm daily
Due to tournament security checkpoints, a transportation service to Harbour Town will be available for the week June 15-21. This service is to provide access to dining and shopping in the Harbour Town area. The transportation service will be available from the Greenwood Drive Trolley station to the Harbour Town Circle near the breezeway. We anticipate high usage of this service, delays should be expected.
- Pick- up and Drop off locations: Greenwood Drive Trolley Station located at Lot 1 and Harbour Town Circle near the breezeway
- Dates of Service: Monday, June 15- Sunday, June 21
- Hours of operation: 8:00 am -10:00 pm
- Parking: Vehicle parking is available at Lot 1 and 2 (entry on Greenwood Drive) to access the transport service

Safety remains our top priority as we provide this transportation service to the community during the COVID-19 pandemic. As such, we have implemented enhanced safety protocols in light of COVID-19 while providing this service.
- Request to riders:Please be advised, close contact amongst passengers is expected. Passengers ride at their own risk. If you feel sick, have a fever, cough or other symptoms, please stay home and do not ride the transportation service. Wash your hands frequently and avoid touching your face. Riders should practice social distancing when waiting for transportation and when queuing and boarding the transportation service.
- Personal Protection Equipment is required: All passengers and transport drivers will be required to wear cloth masks or face coverings when aboard the transportation service. Refusal to wear a mask or face covering or acting in an unsafe manner will result in denial of entry or expulsion from this service.
- General Transportation Service Vehicles Information: Transportation service vehicles will operate at 50% capacity. Staff will continuously monitor capacity levels on all transportation service vehicles to determine if additional reduction in seating capacity is needed. Transportation service vehicles will be cleaned with disinfectant sprays and all hard surfaces and high-touch areas will be cleaned at the end of service on a daily basis. The driver reserves the right to deny service.

Ridesharing (Ex: Uber and Lyft) and taxi services can access Harbour Town and will not require a hangtag. The designated pick up and drop off location for these services will be the Harbour Town Circle (at the end of Lighthouse Road near the pier).

It’s time to get your plaid on! Shop for RBC Heritage merchandise at the official merchandise tent located near the Liberty Oak in Harbour Town. The tent is open from 10am -6pm, Monday, June 15 through Sunday, June 21.
