RBC Heritage Hangtag Information & Request Form

Sea Pines property owner residential Heritage hangtags are provided to Sea Pines property owners that live in restricted areas. If you do not live in these areas, hangtags are not needed. A strict limit of Heritage hangtags is available for each property and is pre-determined based on your location. Heritage hangtags must be picked up from the Sea Pines CSA office during office hours. If you are unable to pickup your hangtags, you may designate someone to pickup the hangtags on your behalf. Please include that information with your request. Only one request per household will be accepted.

Commercial companies including, but not limited to, property management, housekeeping, HVAC, plumbing, electricians, and restaurant delivery may request service hangtags for access to restricted areas in Sea Pines when checkpoints are in place. The number of service hangtags is determined by Sea Pines CSA based on the areas that will be serviced during the tournament, the time of the scheduled work, and the dates of the scheduled work. Commercial companies are strongly encouraged to schedule services before Monday, April 13th or reschedule services for after Sunday, April 19th. Trailers are strictly prohibited from Wednesday, April 15th to Sunday, April 19th in the restricted areas. If you are unable to pickup your hangtags, you may designate someone to pickup the hangtags on your behalf. Please include that information with your request.

Please note: Transportation providers may not request Heritage hangtags. All transportation companies must utilize the designated drop-off and pick-up area which is located outside the restricted areas.

Sea Pines Residential hangtags are provided to Sea Pines property owners that will be renting their property during the tournament and that own property that is located in restricted areas. If you do not own property in any restricted areas, hangtags are not needed. A pre-determined number of hangtags will be issued automatically based on the location(s). Heritage hangtags must be picked up from the Sea Pines CSA office during office hours. If you are unable to pickup your hangtags, you may designate someone to pickup the hangtags on your behalf. Please include that information with your request. Only one request per household will be accepted. Heritage hangtags cannot be returned once they are picked up from Sea Pines CSA.

Sea Pines long-term renters (minimum of 6 months) that live in restricted areas in Sea Pines may request Heritage hangtags. If you do not live in these areas, hangtags are not needed. A strict limit of Heritage hangtags is available for each property and is pre-determined based on your location. Heritage hangtags must be picked up from the Sea Pines CSA office during office hours. If you are unable to pickup your hangtags, you may designate someone to pickup the hangtags on your behalf. Please include that information with your request. Only one request per household will be accepted. A current copy of your long-term lease is required when requesting Heritage hangtags.
