Sea Pines CSA is responsible for the implementation and management of all vehicle access into Sea Pines. Property owners, commercial vendors, and annual decal holders can apply for a vehicle decal at DriveSeaPines.com.
Renter Passes
Renting a property in Sea Pines? You’ll need to obtain a vehicle pass prior to your arrival. Renters staying longer than six months may be eligible to apply for a vehicle decal instead of a temporary pass.
Guest Passes
Visiting a Sea Pines property owner or staying at The Sea Pines Resort? Your reserved guest pass can be picked up at the Welcome Center upon arrival. Please have your host’s name or reservation information ready.
Visitor Passes
Want to explore Sea Pines? Daily and weekly visitor passes grant access to shops, restaurants, activities, and attractions. Passes are available for purchase at the Greenwood Gate or the Ocean Gate.
