Thanksgiving Holiday Office Hours for the Sea Pines CSA Admin Office, Maintenance Office, ARB & Sea Pines Community Center

Wednesday, November 26: Closing at Noon
Thursday, November 27: Closed
Friday, November 28: Closed

All other Sea Pines CSA offices will remain open under normal hours of operation.

Commercial Vendor Holiday Access Restriction: Vehicles with commercial decals or commercial passes are not permitted in Sea Pines on Thanksgiving Day (11/27) or the Day After Thanksgiving (11/28), with the exception that all waste management and recycling companies with valid Sea Pines CSA commercial decals/passes will be authorized to provide service on Friday, November 28th (the day after Thanksgiving).

Sea Pines Community Center Closure Notice

The Sea Pines Community Center will be closed Tuesday, December 9 through Thursday, December 11. Standard operating hours will resume on Friday, December 12.

Sea Pines CSA Board of Directors Ballot Information

Vote-Now.com LLC, the independent elections administrator for Sea Pines CSA, offers the convenience of online voting. Board of Director Election Ballots were provided to members in good standing as of the October 1, 2025, date of record. On Monday, November 3, election ballots were sent from the email address elections@vote-now.com to the primary contact email on file with Sea Pines CSA. Paper ballots will be mailed only to those primary contacts without an email address on record. All ballots must be received by 11:59 PM on December 1, 2025, to be counted.

Sea Pines CSA Board of Directors Meeting Reminder

The next Board of Directors meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 10:00 AM and will be live-streamed via YouTube at seapinesliving.com/live. Sea Pines Trolley November Holiday Schedule

The Red Route (from the Greenwood Drive Trolley Stop to Harbour Town) will run on Friday, November 28th from 4:00-10:00 PM.

Critical Infrastructure Project Updates

Lighthouse Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project:

Stormwater drainage work is now complete.
Curb installation along Lighthouse Lane and Mizzenmast Lane will begin next week.
Traffic detour in place Monday-Friday; 7:00 AM- 4:00 PM thru November 14:
Traffic redirected from Lighthouse Lane to Genoa Court.
Single-lane detour with flagging operations. Motorists should expect traffic delays.
Large trucks and emergency vehicles will be permitted through Lighthouse Lane.
Please use caution while driving in this area and observe the work zone speed limit of 15 mph and obey all traffic management personnel, signage and devices.

Otter Road/Fawn Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project: Stormwater drainage pipe excavation (pictured) and installation continued this week along with well-pointing and dewatering operations (lowering groundwater levels to provide more stable working conditions). Temporary asphalt patching is in progress. Traffic detours and flagging operations continue to be in place daily.

Maintenance Projects & Services

Landscaping: The biannual flower changeout of SPCSA-maintained landscape beds and pinestraw installation took place this week (pictured).
Tower Beach Facility Maintenance: The Tower Beach restroom doors will be repainted on Tuesday, November 18. Restrooms will remain open and accessible during the work.
Stormwater Maintenance: A drainage pipe repair on Ruddy Turnstone Road will continue through next week, followed by a ditch cleanout on Ridgewood Lane.
Tree Care Maintenance: Lagoon tree trimming will continue along Heritage Pond and Woodbine Lagoon next week.

This holiday season, help us honor the veterans laid to rest at Six Oaks Cemetery in Sea Pines.
