SPCSA 1.16.24 Community Update

Martin Luther King, Jr. Remembrance Day Office Hours for the Sea Pines CSA Administration, Community Center, Maintenance Office and Sea Pines ARB Office:

  • Friday, January 17 – Closing at 2:00 PM
  • Monday, January 20 – Closed

All other Sea Pines CSA offices will remain open under normal hours of operation.


Community Shredding Event

Community Shredding Event: Friday, February 21, 2025, from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the Sea Pines Center Parking Lot at 71 Lighthouse Road. This event is open to all property owners on a first come, first-serve basis. Please review the following:

  • For safety, everyone needs to remain in their vehicles. Do not walk materials to the truck. There will be cones and signs set up for cars to follow to the truck.
  • Please pull up your vehicle in line to the truck and bins. CSA staff and/or attendant will move the materials for shredding into the bins.
  • Please be prepared with your documents ahead of time. Staples and paper clips may remain on your documents; the documents must be removed from binders.
  • Commercial quantities are prohibited.

Payment Reminders From the Finance Department

2025 Annual Assessment payments were due January 10, 2025, and 2024 Rental Registration Fees were due by July 1, 2024. Please note that overdue balances are subject to late fees, interest charges, and suspension of pass privileges. We extend our sincere appreciation to all property owners (82% and 92%, respectively) who have made their payments on time. For questions, please contact our Finance Department by email at traceym@csaseapines.com.


Critical Infrastructure Improvement Projects

Lighthouse Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project: Lighthouse Lane from Lighthouse Road to Mizzenmast Lane.

  • Paving operations on Lighthouse Lane (pictured) will continue through tomorrow, January 17th.
  • Next week, cleaning of the stormwater drainage system will take place. Single-lane road closures will be in place during this work.
Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project: South Sea Pines Drive from Merganser Court to the end of South Sea Pines Drive (stopping at the entrance of Lands End).

  • Roadway and leisure trail construction continues with single-lane road closures, leisure trail closures, and flagging operations in place.

Maintenance Projects & Services
  • Tree Care Management: Annual tree trimming along Sea Pines CSA-managed Beachwalks, starting at #47 and working south, will begin January 22nd. Beachwalks will remain open, but we ask that pedestrians and bikers use extreme caution and pay attention to flagmen on-site.
  • Stormwater repair: Installation of a catch basin will take place next week on the corner of Greenwood Drive and Red Maple Road.
  • Stormwater maintenance: Next week, ditch Clean out will occur in select areas between Oak Court and Bateau Road.
  • Asphalt Repairs: Roadway repairs along Stoney Creek Road, Marshview Drive, the Lawton Woods area, Calibogue Cay Road, and Lighthouse Road near Sea Pines Center will begin next week, weather permitting.

2025 Annual Vehicle Decal Renewal Reminder
NOTE- PROPERTY OWNER VEHICLE DECALS DO NOT EXPIRE ANNUALLY AND DO NOT NEED TO BE RENEWED AT THIS TIME.

2025 Annual Decal Applications are Available for the Following: Employee, Harbour Town Yacht Club Member, Heritage Classic Foundation Trustee, Hilton Head Prep, Island Resident, Long Term Renter, Non-Resident, Relative, Sea Pines Country Club Member, Six Oaks Cemetery, TidePointe Resident.

  •  2025 Annual Decals/Passes are required for Sea Pines entry by February 3, 2025. Due to high demand, requests make take up to 10 business days to complete. To apply, visit seapinesliving.com/request.
