Visitor Gate Passes
Visitors without a reserved pass can gain entrance to Sea Pines by purchasing a daily or weekly pass at the Greenwood Gate or Ocean Gate from 7:00 AM- 11:00 PM.
General Visitor Passes
Sea Pines is open to the public and general visitors are required to pay a fee based on the vehicle type and length of stay to enter into the community.
A daily pass allows a general visitor access into Sea Pines via either the Greenwood Gate or the Ocean Gate from 7:00 AM- 11:00 PM for the valid date of the pass. The main gate is located on Greenwood Drive* and the Ocean Gate is located off Cordillo Parkway on North Sea Pines Drive. Daily visitors, not residing in or staying inside of Sea Pines, are not permitted to enter the community via bicycle.
*To purchase a pass at the Greenwood Drive Gate, stay in the RIGHT-HAND lane.

Non-Resident Decals
Annual decals available for Non-Hilton Head Island Property Owners (Persons that reside within Beaufort and Jasper Counties in South Carolina and Chatham County Georgia only) that are valid through the current year only.

Decal rate is: $125.00 and is pro-rated after July 1 to $63.00
Preferred Island Resident Decals
Annual decals available for documented Hilton Head Island Residential Property Owners (does not include residents that reside on the mainland, past James F. Byrnes Bridge) and are valid through the current year only.

Property Owner Guest Passes and Resort Visitor Passes
Property Owner Guest passes (friends and family) and Resort visitor passes can be picked up at the Welcome Center guest pass drive through window located at 32 Greenwood Drive Hilton Head Island, SC 29928. Please note the drive through window is located in the rear of the building.
