Fourth of July Office Hours & Commercial Access Restriction

Fourth of July Office Hours for the Sea Pines CSA Admin Office, Community Connections Center, Maintenance Office, ARB & Sea Pines Community Center:

Thursday, July 2: Closing at 12:00 PM
Friday, July 3: Closed

All other Sea Pines CSA offices will remain under normal operating hours.

Vehicles with commercial decals or commercial passes are not permitted in Sea Pines on the Fourth of July*. For emergency access for service providers on this holiday, please contact Sea Pines Security at 843.671.7170.

*This restriction does not apply to pool companies, housekeeping companies and deliveries to commercial entities.

The below policy change for 2026 has been implemented to minimize service disruptions for Sea Pines during the Fourth of July holiday.

All waste management and recycling companies with valid Sea Pines CSA commercial decals/passes will be authorized to provide service in Sea Pines on Saturday, July 4, 2026.
