Class “B” Commercial Board Member

Don Sigmon has been a full-time resident of Hilton Head Island since 1985 and a Sea Pines property owner since 1990. He and his wife, Rachel, raised their two daughters, Krystina and Kendall, on the island. They own and operate several small businesses in Sea Pines, including South Beach Racquet and Pickleball Club, Sigmon & Associates Real Estate Services, and South Beach Bicycle Rentals.

Before starting the local businesses, Don was a CPA with KPMG and served as VP of Finance for Charles Fraser. While working with Charles Fraser, he was the project director for several projects, including designing and building the South Beach Racquet Club.

Don has served on the CSA Board since 2008.
