Dear Sea Pines Property Owners,

I’m pleased to share that the Sea Pines CSA Board of Directors has decided to incorporate a series of Town Hall meetings into the 2027 calendar. These sessions will give property owners another opportunity to hear directly from Sea Pines CSA leadership, ask questions, and share feedback. The Town Halls will be held as hybrid meetings at the Sea Pines Community Center, so property owners can attend in person or participate virtually. To support this format, technology upgrades will be made to the Community Center early next year.

Sea Pines CSA staff are developing a proposed Town Hall program for the Board to review and discuss at its November 17 meeting. Additional details will be shared as the program is finalized.
