The subject contains “Community Services Associates, Inc” and the body of the email states you have received a secure document from Community Services Associates, Inc., along with a link to access the document. DO NOT CLICK THE LINK.

This is not a legitimate email from Sea Pines CSA. 

What you should do:

• Report the email to your email provider as a phishing/spam email
• Delete the email from your inbox
• If you clicked the link, monitor your sent email for suspicious activity, contact your email provider for assistance
