Property Owner Guest Pass Requests
Sea Pines Property Owners can request guest passes for visitors to their homes by either calling the Sea Pines Gate Pass Office at 843.671.7277 or utilizing the online guest pass request portal, CSA360. When you call, be prepared to provide your confidential passcode number, and you may need to answer key questions to verify the request. You will also need to supply the names of your guests and the duration of their visit (up to 30 days). A pass will be generated almost instantly, and will include the guest’s name, the property owner’s name and address, and the duration of the stay.
As a reminder, requesting a Property Owner guest pass for commercial service providers, such as contractors, landscapers, decorators, painters, handymen, and others, is not allowed.
How to Pickup A Reserved Guest Pass
If a Sea Pines Property Owner has arranged a guest pass for you, please pick it up at the drive-through window of the Sea Pines CSA Gate Pass Office. Once you have obtained your pass, you can proceed to the gate entrance.

Directions From Palmetto Bay Road
- Keep right at the Sea Pines Traffic Circle to continue toward Greenwood Drive
- Continue straight onto Greenwood Drive, stay in the RIGHT-HAND LANE
- In 0.1 mi Turn right at The Sea Pines Resort Welcome Center
- Drive around the building to the Gate Pass Office drive-through window

Property Owner Guest Passes After Hours
If a guest of a property owner arrives at Sea Pines outside of the Sea Pines CSA Gate Pass Office operating hours listed, he/she is asked to drive directly to the security gate and speak with the gate attendant on duty.
If the appropriate pass has been called in for the visitor, the gate attendant will have the guest’s name on their list and the guest will be allowed to enter Sea Pines. At that time the guest will be instructed to return to the Sea Pines CSA Gate Pass Office the following day to pick up their pass.

Gate Access- Purchase a Pass
Visitors without a reserved pass can gain entrance to Sea Pines by purchasing a daily or weekly pass at the Greenwood Gate or Ocean Gate from 7:00 AM- 11:00 PM.
The main gate is located on Greenwood Drive* and the Ocean Gate is located off Cordillo Parkway on North Sea Pines Drive. Daily visitors, not residing in or staying inside of Sea Pines, are not permitted to enter the community via bicycle.
*To purchase a pass at the Greenwood Drive Gate, stay in the RIGHT-HAND lane.
