Property Owner decals are available to Sea Pines property owners. Once the decal is affixed to the assigned vehicle, the decal is permanent and does not need to be renewed. Property owners decals are not transferrable and must be permanently affixed to the assigned vehicle. Please remove the decal before trading or selling the vehicle and return to Sea Pines CSA Community Connections Center.

Replacement decals are available throughout the year in which the decal is valid. An expired decal cannot be replaced. To obtain a replacement, bring the original decal (even if in pieces) and the new vehicle’s permanent registration to the Sea Pines CSA office. Alternatively, you may request a replacement decal by selecting the appropriate decal type from the decal types above and select replacement in the request. If the original decal cannot be returned, a new decal will need to be purchased.

Please note that commercial hangtags cannot be replaced, if lost or stolen.

Violations of policies, procedures, rules, and regulations and/or Sea Pines covenants may result in revocation of Sea Pines decal/hangtag privileges up to a period of one year as well as application of any other remedies available to SPCSA, at law.

Sea Pines Commercial Decals are offered to commercial service providers that wish to have annual access into Sea Pines. Commercial decals are valid Monday through Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. No commercial decals are permitted on Sunday. Vehicles with commercial decals or commercial passes are not permitted in Sea Pines on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day. Commercial hangtag pass holders (property management, housekeeping companies, pool maintenance vehicles and restaurant deliveries) may access Sea Pines from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m/7 days per week.

2026 Annual Decals and Commercial Hangtags are required for entry to Sea Pines as of February 2, 2026.

• All annual decals expire on December 31. Requests for annual decals are available online only. Please ensure that our email domain “@csaSeaPines.com” is in your safe senders list so you don’t miss our emails.
• Annual decal requests may take up to 10 business days to process. You will receive an email at the address provided on your request once your decal is ready for pickup at the Sea Pines CSA office. Payment is required at pickup, as online payments are not available.
