In 2015, CSA’s Board of Directors approved the current version of our conceptual strategic plan. As we enter the fourth year of that plan, we must look further into the future and continue our efforts to make Sea Pines the best it can possibly be.

In 2017, the CSA Strategic Planning Committee was created to revitalize our existing conceptual strategic plan. The key to the process in revising the current conceptual strategic plan was the inclusion and participation of the Sea Pines Community. For our community to succeed and function well, all property owners, residential, Resort and commercial, must play an active role and we needed to hear from you. Through surveys, emails, workshops, meetings and direct conversations with over 2,600 property owners the Strategic Planning Committee used your feedback to develop this newly proposed plan.

While the committee has completed its work, it’s now time to bring the recommended plan to you, our property owners, for your input. The Strategic Planning Committee and the CSA Board of Directors need to know we’ve created a plan that addresses the issues you’ve raised before we take the plan back to the CSA Board of Directors for their final approval.

We will collect comments from the Sea Pines community on our newly proposed strategic plan for 2 weeks from (July 11- 25, 2018). Following the closing of the comment collection period, community comments will be provided to the Sea Pines CSA Strategic Planning Committee, CSA Board and CSA staff directors for review before the CSA Board of Directors takes their vote for approval of the plan.
