This facility is open to Sea Pines Property Owners and Commercial Landscape Service Providers Monday- Friday from 7:30 am-4:00 pm; the facility is closed on holidays and weekends. This facility is located off of Greenwood Drive. Enter at the Trolley Station and approximately 25 yards to the left you will see the dirt driveway leading to the Debris Recycling Facility.

The Sea Pines CSA Debris Recycling Facility accepts the following vegetative materials: palm fronds, leaves, sticks, branches and vegetative debris (trees or branches must be under 6 inches in diameter). This facility does not have the ability to process material 6 inches and above.

The dumping of paper, plastic, metal, concrete, sand, dirt, clay, building materials or food waste is strictly prohibited in the Sea Pines CSA Debris Recycling Facility.

We process over 6,000 tons of mulch annually and that mulch is available to Sea Pines Property Owners by request. To request a mulch delivery to your Sea Pines property, please click here to complete an online request form. Requests made before Wednesday at 12:00 pm will be delivered that Thursday. (Note: Sea Pines CSA does not install mulch that is delivered.)
