Sea Pines Community Services Associates is responsible for long term planning, short term planning, traffic striping, crack sealing, pothole patching, root intrusion repair, storm water breaks, curbing, gutters and inspecting over 66 miles of Sea Pines CSA Managed streets and roadways throughout the Sea Pines community.

Sea Pines Community Services Associates oversees and coordinates by consulting with pavement engineers, creating of bid packets, managing the bidding process, surveying, providing oversight of the paving contractors and standards to designing, constructing and maintaining quality pavements.
