Mulch Delivery

Sea Pines CSA Maintenance Department process over 6,000 yards of mulch annually and that mulch is available to Sea Pines Property Owners by request. Mulch can be ordered by the half and full truckload and your delivery date will be assigned when you place your order.

Our trucks must offload mulch on a driveway in the front yard of your residence. We can not drive vehicles on soft surfaces such as lawns, through landscape beds or drive through wooded areas within your property.
Sea Pines CSA is not responsible for damage to driveways and other personal property when delivering mulch. (Note: Sea Pines CSA does not install mulch that is delivered.)

I am aware that the delivery truck is large and can only back up and drop the load, they are not able to angle it.

I confirm that I will mark the area where I would like the truck to drop the mulch order.

I am aware that the delivery vehicle is a dump truck (the back of the truck will raise to drop the mulch) and I confirm that the drop off location will be free of low hanging branches and far from roof edges.

I confirm that I, or my designated representative, will be on site when the delivery is made. The team will not drop the mulch order if no one is home to receive the delivery.
