Winter Weather Update

Low pressure will track off the coast Friday night into Saturday as Arctic high pressure builds from the northwest. Some wintry precipitation is still possible beginning Saturday morning as colder air moves into the area, before precipitation ends during the afternoon. As temperatures drop below freezing Saturday night there is a risk for black ice as lingering water on roads freezes. The very cold arctic air and breezy conditions could produce low wind chill values Sunday and Monday mornings.

-Property Owners Are Reminded To: Leave your heat on and let your faucets drip in your home to avoid frozen pipes. Also please ensure ALL irrigation systems are shut down during the freezing temps as to not create freezing ice.
-Stay tuned to weather forecast as conditions can change quickly.
