Sea Pines CSA communicated at the April 4th Community Coffee an invitation for property owners to attend a meeting to hear about the recommended updates to our strategic plan. That meeting scheduled for Thursday April 26 from 2-4 pm at the Sea Pines Community Center was previously cancelled, but we did not make a full public notice of this event cancellation.

It was brought to our attention late this afternoon by a property owner that a full meeting cancellation notice had not yet been communicated. We are sending this email as notice of the meeting cancellation and we apologize for this late notice to the community.

At this time we are re-evaluating the presentation format of the Proposed Recommendations to the Strategic Plan and we will communicate with the community as soon as possible on our plans as we re-evaluate the presentation format.
