We will be installing landscaping along Greenwood Drive, from Club Course to Governors Road to include: irrigation, sod, new plant material and mulch. We do not expect any delays or lane closures. This work is scheduled to begin the week of December 31st and will take approximately 8 weeks to complete, weather permitting.

CSA Maintenance will be making repairs to Deer Island Bridge, located on Deer Island Road, in proximity to Harbour Town. The repairs will be made to structural elements including: bridge supports, decking, and timber bulkhead. Construction is set to begin Mid-January. Working hours will be Monday through Friday 7AM to 6PM. There are some days we are going to have to work with the tides to make repairs on the support structures at low tide. This may require afternoon and early evening work.

These repairs will take approximately 3 months to complete, weather permitting. There will be alternating lane closures. Flagmen will be present to direct traffic. Please expect minor delays.
