Illegal Debris Dumping

CSA has received several notifications regarding unauthorized dumping of hurricane related debris. This practice is illegal and is NOT permitted.

Sea Pines Property Owners:
-You must keep your hurricane related vegetative debris on your private property, moving it to the roadside right of way.
-Please do NOT dump ANY type of hurricane related debris in vacant home lots or at dumpsters at new home sites or home renovation sites in Sea Pines, please move it towards the roadway, but please keep it on your private property.
-Please do NOT dump ANY type of hurricane related debris in open space areas, on leisure trails, on beachwalks or boardwalks, please move it towards the roadway, but please keep it on your private property.*Dumping of this type is illegal and is NOT permitted.

Landscape Contractors:
-Landscapers should exclusively be using the CSA’s Debris Recycling Facility for their debris drop off (from materials collected within Sea Pines only).
-Landscaping contractors are NOT permitted to drop normal (non-storm related) vegetative debris along the roadside right of ways.
-Landscape service providers caught dumping in non-authorized locations may be cited and escorted off of the Plantation. TO REPORT UNAUTHORIZED DUMPING PLEASE CALL SECURITY AT 843.671.7170 AND NOTE THE NAME OF THE LANDSCAPING COMPANY AND LOCATION.
