In this workshop, CSA will be presenting our next steps in the process of addressing traffic concerns regarding the Greenwood Gate. The goals of the workshop are:

To review the concerns expressed by property owners
To inform Sea Pines property owners of ideas that have been presented for consideration
To collect ideas from our property owners to improve/resolve the Gate configuration
In order to assure that this will be a productive workshop where we can work with our property owners to gather specific ideas, we are limiting the attendance for this event to 100 Sea Pines property owners. Additional workshops will be scheduled as determined by owner interest. Please note this workshop is being held to discuss Greenwood gate design and configuration options, it is not meant to cover policies related to the gate.
